Core Java Developers
Coding- Sticking to coding standards and refractors code well.
Testing of Core Java e.g. Io, threads, net etc, JFC Programming, J2EE application enhancement, debugging and maintenance.
Knowledge of Singleton, XML, GUI programming.
Excellent Database knowledge.
Good knowledge Design patterns and multithreading concepts.
Shell scripting knowledge will add advantage.
Able to analyze, Understand the problem and prioritizing the issues
Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.
Is expected to respond to detailed queries.
Requires extensive knowledge of at least one development technology / programming language.
Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning& execution responsibilities.
Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical / proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.
Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review.
Good Inter personnel Skills, good Communication and personality
